For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your tour date, you will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15-29 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days of the tour start. We encourage purchasing travel insurance. Policy details are subject to the specific tour booked.
A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking, but generally, we recommend layering clothing appropriate for the season, sturdy hiking shoes, a daypack, water bottle, snacks, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), and a camera. For multi-day trips, specific gear requirements will be outlined.
Oregon weather can be unpredictable! Our tours generally run rain or shine. In cases of extreme and unsafe weather conditions (e.g., blizzards, high wind warnings, wildfires), Mordelivaxentra reserves the right to modify or cancel tours for safety. In such events, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Your safety is our absolute priority.
